Account terminated Fraudulent Payment
Hello,
I am very disappointed right now because I just paid 30 EUROS for 33 coins to avoid the que and get an item. I checked if I still had to wait in que or not and after I tried to see what items I can I get. So I logged in on the website to visit the store and the following message appears:
"Your account has been terminated due to Fraudulent Payments"
I am still able to play on my account but I no longer have access to the store. I have the RECEIPT and the REFERENCE NUMBER to prove that I made the payment. Either there is something wrong with your system or there is something with your system accepting payments from American Express. I need help in this matter immediately.
