Trying to get a response in a ticket

Hi, usally i won't came into forums for anything related to server admins but its making way to long to get a response into a ticket.

Almost 3 days ago i got banned for "Fraudulent payment", after sending a ticket it took almost 10h to get a response from "Smyth" and it wasn't a solution yet.
Contacted to Payment Wall, it seems it was a error on his system that just flagged me as Fraudulent or suspicious, but after showing them an screenshot of the payment in my bank account and also my passport i was unflagged and the payment still there completed as everthing was correct.

So, have been waiting more than 32h to get any response from the admin (Smyth) in the ticket support. As far as the payment wall flag was turned off it shouldn't be any problem an i should get unbanned as it just was an error on his system and everything its correct right now. But no one is answering and seems that "Smyth" (as i readed in forums) usually takes a lot of time to response the tickets.

I'm just trying to get the atention i need and get the unban, its not fair to be banned for 72h when it was an error on Payment wall system and i have pay a donation in the benefits of the server.
