Stolen Battered Hilt

I'm sorry in advance if this is in the wrong section. I was running heroic FOS and a battered hilt dropped and I rolled the highest and a guy named Alcolerico looted the item. I was wondering if there's anything that can be done so I receive the stolen item.

can't tell from your UI, but were your bags full at the time?

I do not remember if they were full or not. Guessing that they were due to him looting the item. Shouldn't the item be saved to me if that's the case?
