Wrong character [store purchase]

Hello !
I voted on the website, and I bought with 30 point : "Oathbinder, Charge of the Ranger-General". But... in the wrong character !!!!! I wanted it in my main, a feral druid called "Toutatis". How can I do ? Should I click on "return" ? Because I didn't recover the weapon yet..
Please help me :(

For this reason they've added the additional check box to prevent people from sending items to the wrong character(s).
Point shop is not eligible for refund.

As if I return the mail containing the weapon ?

Return does nothing, it'll come back in a hour or so.
