PaymentWall problems with donations

Hi,
as many have reported by now I too have problems with donation. My situation is I have tried to donate to website few days ago and got banned in the proccess which thanks to kind warmane staff has been resolved and quickly got unbanned. Problem however arisen when i tried to donate again to find that i got blocked by PaymentWall and can't donate again till i presented receipt of first purchase and some ID of cardholder. I started inquiry and of course that did not work. This morning my brother went to bank to get that receipt but the bank said that they cannot issue a receipt on transaction that never completed. I would like to contact PaymentWall with info about card and ID of cardholder and to ask why they refunded this payment when i have successfully donated before without any problems. I guess my question would be if it would be safe to send copies of card (both sides) and ID of cardholder(both sides) via e-mail to PaymentWall so they can unblock me and i can donate again? If anyone from warmane staff has seen this message i would like any input if You had any experience with situation like this and what would be best course of action i can take for this to be resolved quickly and safely.
