Frozen Orb and textures

On the battlefields and arenas , and even in the dungeons of late , there are problems with the use of [Frozen Orb] [http://www.wowhead.com/spell=84714/frozen-orb]
The problem is:
During use spell somehow it goes texture and dont give DMG, and also does not give a buff [Fingers of Frost] [http://www.wowhead.com/spell=44544/fingers-of-frost]

before such issues were not, but with the latest updates it has become more frequent , and this is especially evident in the various arenas .

+1 really annoying, happens at Silvershard Mines a lot and at the Orgrimmar dummies on the wall etc.

Well the problem is it is disappear if you face it to texture/non flat terrain. Because it is disappear ofc it didnt give you proc or damage

Another reason why Pathfinding and Object detection would be a great core improvement on Frostwolf!

This problem occurs in such arenas as the ruins of Lordaeron,Nagrand Arena and ather .
This occurs not only with near texture , and f on flat surfaces. I was prompted to write this post that burst during times where there is no texture goes nowhere
