Wrapping Paper for Gifts Bugged

I'm having this problem where I cannot wrap items with the Red Ribboned Wrapping Paper or any other kind of Wrapping Paper. Items that should be wrappable (They are Non Stackable nor Unique) cannot be wrapped and I get the message "Wrapped items can't be wrapped". The thing is some items CAN be wrapped but other items which are the same, like weapons or gear can't for no reason. I've posted it in the Bug tracker but I doubt it will be fixed for a very long time. Did anyone else encounter this problem or does know a fix for it? I searched the forums for other posts but I only found an old one with no replies.
