Trading Characters on site to server itself

We have the privileged of selling the characters on the website, but the chance of them selling at the marked price is rare as the person buying does not know the real valuation of the character or he has not seen the abilities and the power at which they are rated, i am just suggesting that if it would be made possible to sell back the character to the site itself , perhaps for a lesser amount than being offered at the trade option, but the option of it being instant, would surely be appreciated.

If we were interested in "buying" characters from people (which is a funny concept, since, in the end of the day, every character in our database belongs to Warmane ultimately), we might as well be letting people refund everything. We have no interest in that and it would be very counterproductive as far as encouraging coins to be used and taken out of the market goes.
