I want to inform all who want Chef title and just can't get the Recipe: Captain Rumsey's Lager that the Recipie drops from dalaran cooking bag!
After about 5 months of dailyes in Dalaran and Shattarah/Terrokar I finally got it!
Don't know if it drops from Shattarah cooking daily but you can give it a try
