Yes, for 20 coins, if I'm not mistaken. However, it will include only the level up meaning no gear or mounts.
I'd only buy instant 80 if you're going to donate for everything. X7 exp rates make leveling easy and I'd rather spend coins on some HC item (since you said you're only interested in PVP)Quote:
