Hello. I'm currently using AMD x2 4200, 4gb ram and GeForce 8600gt. My res is 900p and good settings, so I get 60fps most of the time while I'm leveling, but I decided to upgrade my PC with a low cost to a AMD x4 925 and later maybe to 8gb and HD7770 or something else. Will this CPU increase my fps enough so I can play 1080p and constant 60fps?
Not really... how low is your budget though ... ?
You can get pretty good stuff (if you're lucky) on used parts and such...

but upgrading an AMD x2 for an AMD x4 I don't know, but it seems really stupid for me atleast... No offense, but those CPU's seem really crappy
I would suggest building a new pc from scratch. The one you have is not worth upgrading.
that pc you have now is too low to only upgrade certain parts. Start from scratch, do some youtube searches on cheap pc builds. gl
