Bug or scame, I dont no...

Hello,

For startes, my account password no work here but in game this work( I have ticket in game). Account name is ***********
I lose all gear,gold and mats from my characer name Hoodlum and Rattling.
Nobody knows my password at any accouns( I have x5 account, but only at this account I have that problem).
How is posible that ? I was offline like 2-3 month because I have school and I work.. I'm logged here in that period only for vote.
I have "backup" but is old... ( how can I give you that "backup" ? )
you can check for what gear I voted.. and if is posible check if someone is logged to my account.
Here you can see what I happened ( http://imgur.com/a/N2Ojv ). At my shammy I losed only the gold.. gear is still in my bag but at my priest all my gear is gone from bags and bank.. I have only pvp gear on me.. all pve gear is gone ..all all :(
