You can get reputation by doing the quests in Deepholm, also Throne of the Tides/Grim Batol/(not sure about Stonecore) have a few quests that can give u rep. You will probably end up grinding ur way to exalted using the tabard.

no tabard required, by bypassing vashj'ir completely, you'll get exalted with the earthen ring by the time you kill the big stone drake for the first fragment of the world pillar (aka first third of deepholm quest chains)
