Step 4: The Forsakens New Plague

1.) Imbeciles Abound!
2.) The Forsaken Blight and You: How Not to Die
3.) Emerald Dragon Tears
4.) Spread the Good Word
5.) The Forsaken Blight

Step 5: The Red Dragonflight

1.) The Kor'kron Vanguard!

i fallow these and get it for my pala but 2 day later when i try get it on my shaman and fallow these...after 3.) Agmar's Hammer npc dont give me 1.) Victory Nears... so i keep do nest quest and and leave 1.) Victory Nears... but now when i done with 5.) The Forsaken Blight npc dont give me 1.) The Kor'kron Vanguard! so i confuse idk mybe its bug again... can u help me?
