Hello everyone, recently my account got stolen by someone which i have no clue who the F*** he is, he basically switched the email and now i no longer have access to my account, i would really like to know if i have any chance to get it back, or atleast ban the account.
What are the procedures i must follow?

they haven't answered to me yet, i think they need time
