As I dont know much bout Arms PvE I will talk for PvP. Its aimed by people for its crit + arp. You may seen warris with PP25HC belt aswell. Now as for PvE even I dont know much, its prolly a waste to give it to a warri they cant even use it with fury spec and combat rogues giving the same buff as theirs. Its harder to play too and being harder never means being better.
Poleaxe specialisation
^this. There simply is no other better option after Smourne. If you don't wanna cash out so much for that axe but still want to reach high in arenas, then Oathbinder is your best choice. Its stats are ideal, it's a poleaxe too, and you can also get it without donating if you're a member of a high-end raiding guild. But you'll have to compete against hunters and Retadins for it, and neither will be happy about another guy stealing their weapon for PvP purposes.Quote:

For Fury: It's not. You don't get poleaxe specialization, it doesn't work with Titan's Grip, and the hit/exp on Gloren & Cryptmaker are too good to pass up unless it's for a Skillmourne.
