b) No, nothing can be done at this point in time. Increasing the cap would make the realm unstable and/or laggy as hell *as it is for many players already with this cap*. So the two options you have is either wait or donate once 10 euros to permanently skip the queue.
so warmane is now buy to play server? it is impossible to play without donate now?
