My characters are no longer there.

I donated a good while ago when the service was Molten-Wow.

Please can I restore my account and characters and gear? I haven't played in a good while since the molten-wow server wipe/hack last year.

Is this possible?

I am afraid account recovery ended a long time ago. Characters were never able to be recovered due to that unfortunate incident.
