No Quests in IceCrown Please Help me

So I finished leveling in storm peaks and other northrend zones and i am lvl 78 near 79 and I went to Icecrown. Searched the whole zone and couldn't find a single quest. IF you can help please answer here or whisper me ingame username: AdamMage

PS: Am I missing something?

In Dalaran at Krasus Landing there is a guy giving a quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=13418/preparations-for-war which starts a long chain of quests, also not sure how u missed The Skybreaker(a ship flying in icc), there is Thassarian there who gives u the quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=12887/i...-fun-and-games which leads u to Shadow Vault where there is a bunch of quests.
