Since it's been more than 24 hrs of waiting for a reply to my ban appeal, I wonder if you really read that 'section'.
I mainly want to ask the reason of my ban, since no info is given.
Thank you.

Are you serious? No reply at all yet (thread, in-game or system) in these 36 hours so far.
Is it too much to ask the reason of one's ban?
Do I need to send a private message to someone?
Thank you.
Ban appeal tickets have the lowest priority. They usually take a few days to be answered.
The funny thing it's that the "ban appeal" isn't a real appeal since I'm not asking a ban reduction or similar, but to ask the reason of the ban (and actually, as subject, I wrote "Ban Question"). It's like in real life you go to jail and they don't even tell you the reason.
The reason is written on your My Account page along with the duration.
No, it's not detailed; no, you aren't given more details or "shown proof"; no, ban appeals aren't for getting details, but for making a case that either the ban was a mistake or pleading for a second chance.
Then the system has flaws (which can be improved).
It's not possible that you don't know the reason of your ban, it only says (in my case) "...due to exploiting", it's like in real life you were told "you're going to jail because of breaking the laws" when you need to know what law you broke ("details") in order to not repeat it again. I'm not asking for a reduction, pleading or even proof, I'm only asking what was my mistake for (again) not repeating it in future. Not all players want to exploit, some really don't know that what they're doing is wrong, and in fact, in my case (and as I said in the ban "appeal"), I have been playing in the server for years, and this is the first time I'm banned.
exploiting is quite simple: you (or someone in a raid you did and you benefited from it) abused a bug or mechanic in an effort to benefit from it... if you can't think of a situation like this then you've probably been banned without a proper reason and if you do... well then you know why you've been banned
Haha, Im literally checking the ticket every 10 mins for the whole day just to find the exact moment when the staff replys, cause i just cant wait for the reply, anyways, thanks. this post made it clear :D
More than 72 hrs and no reply yet.
My ban is for 4 days so one could think that after that time, I could forget about all this, but since I STILL don't know the supposed exploit I abused of, I eventually could make the same mistake without even know about it, and therefore a new ban... all because of not replying a simple an honest question? Is it fair for the banned player AND for the rest of the server's players who had to stand that someone exploits, when you could avoid it in a so simple way?
*Since I don't expect a reply before my ban expires, it's probably I'll post again after that time.
tis happend to me too , i waited 6 days , then they reply , so wait 3 days more and you will get reply
they're not going to tell you what exactly you exploited. they don't release ban details. so if that's all you're waiting then than you may as well stop waiting.
Now, besides of not knowing the reason of my ban, it seems that I've been added more hours for no reason (unless it's been an error).
When I just wanted to know if I can finally play, I see in the system "20 hours", when it should be done or nearly to be done, since back then when it said "4 days" (Friday), I felt relieved that at least I could reach the CP weekly cap today, but now it seems that I can't even do that... so in the end, after all these days, can I conclude that besides of not knowing why I was banned, I has been denied of my CP weekly cap too?
Your ban was of 5 days, but the counter only shows full days, and then hours after it's less than 24.
It saying "4 days" was anything bigger than 3 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds and smaller than 5 full days.
Thank you for the clarification... that was what I thought after seeing those 20 hours, but I wanted to be sure.
So, only the "more hours added" part was wrong, but the conclusion is still correct.
*Would that mean that in 44 more hours I'll have some reply for my ban "appeal", according to what sauna said? Or that would only happen if I'm lucky enough? (Not a real question, I only wonder)
Even though it's not a real question, just an attempt at a "joke," I'll answer anyways: since you didn't file an actual appeal, simply a request to be given information various people have said you won't receive, it's possible it will simply be trashed for being a Support ticket misuse.
