As title says. The problem is that the coins never arrived. Instructions on coin gifting page clearly says to send to character name and only thing i can think of is that they were sent to an account with the name i wrote rather than the character within my account.
I feel cheated of my 11 euros. It's not fair.
Is there any way to get my coins back?
