Someone entered my account and used all my emblems from all my characters to buy stuff and trade them to another character. Yesterday on one of my characters I had like 70 EoF and now they are all gone, same with another one. I worked really hard to get those emblems and now they are gone. What can I do about it?
change your password and be more careful with it in the future. have fun refarming the emblems.
GMs should be able to address this issue, like in all mmo's, including WoW retail.
You won't receive any sort of "refund" from GMs because you weren't careful with your account and someone got access and used it.
well guess what, this isn't blizzard and you're not paying them 20€ a month to play, you're playing for free but any cash spent on xoin items will get recompensated in the event of the item being lost... of course all bets are off if you've been lack on securityQuote:

hacking in game and someone else logging onto your account are 2 very different things. the only way someones going to get on your account is if your careless with your info or you download something stupid and get a keylogger. why exactly should warmane do anything if your that simple.Quote:
