I had the exact same problem as you. I resolved it by changing from google chrome to Mozilla Firefox and it worked.

That's the message paymentwall sends you when they want you to verify your account. I took a screenshot of my credit card statement, sent it to them and they verified me. It's not an error, just a security precaution.
