LAG issues

Lately, i have been experiencing this problem concerning MS(ping) with Icecrown server. e.g. http://imgur.com/a/NKnDa

As you can see in the pic, my in-game ms is higher than what my windows 10 resource monitor is showing. This has been happening since yesterday, i get high in-game ping ( max was 12000 or so ) in combat but in resource monitor it always stays below 250 ms, most of the time below 200 ms. And no, there is no torrent or any other program/software using my bandwidth in the background consuming even the slightest amount of my 1mbps ADSL connection with around 512kbps upload which should be more than enough to play this game with( because i make sure only wow consumes my net while i'm playing on it)

If you guys have any fixes relating to this, do let me know, i will truly appreciate it.

Having the same issue atm. Figured it's a server thing though and I keep DCing.

It's got to be something related to the server affecting maybe only american or/and south american players.
Currently I get huge time outs that lead to awful lag (I can't even mount up and move because I will get teleported back due to lag). But on the other hand, I asked several European players and they told me they aren't experiencing any lag.

I'm also having issues with ping (fluctuates from 250 ms up to 9k) and random dcs as well. I'm from asia though

I am also from SEA. Same thing happening for a while. Random dc/high latency/lag spikes etc

Definitely server side. Everything else works... Can't even log in, even if I do it just lags me right off the bat then disconnects.

I can confirm this.

In the past few weeks I have experience and increasing amount of in-game lag (super high ms ~ 2k / 3k). This results in a client freeze, so i must "force shutdown" in order to reset the game; if I was on a gryph ride, i will start flying around and going right trough mountains, terrain and such.
I've checked many times my internet conection while this was happening and it is really nice. I can play any other online games or visit any online page normally.
Plus, when i try to log in again two things usually happen: or i get stuck on the 1k + queu; or it says "success!" or "Conected" and just stays there, not allowing me to log in.
I've been playing warmane for a long time now and every single day for the past months. This has never happened to me before.
