Is anyone else stuck in this quest's phasing because it bugged for you and you can't start the event? And because of that phasing you can't see NPC's in Durotar and the Undercity? And can't spend your honour?

Yeah, I got same problem, and even bigger. Last 2 days to take brewfest beer, that I've been waiting for year, but whole august i've been stuck in this phase quest.
