if you wanna be sure wait 5 min and then restart the client
to be 100% sure just check the armory, url (if frostwolf): http://armory.warmane.com/character/XXX/Frostwolf
change "XXX" with character name and see what race it shows

how u changed faction?
From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Points or Coins>Change faction/raceQuote:
