Please Darkmoon Faire for horde

So I have been waiting for sooo much for this event and it still not working for the horde side

errr wasnt the idea that it shall land upon One out of Three places (mulgore, ef, lc), randomly?.. if i recall correctly, it has been in lc last month - so, Three have been 2 or max. 3 months since it was in horde zone, which seems kind of acceptable... it shouldnt spawn on two places ever :)
