Moltdown recovery

Hey,

A friend of mine who I used to play with prior to the moltdown has only just decided to return to the game. I spoke with him about what had happened but at the time he did not care enough to recover his account.

Is it still at all possible to recover his account? Or is he in a position that he must start a new one?

All that was recoverable was the account itself. No characters, no equipment or anything.
We gave some boosting perks to help people recover back then (some max levels and other things), but that's long, long over.
