In my past 15 or so strand i have noticed Alliance have been defending first every time. This makes us lose more often than not. It's very disadvantageous to defend first, and I think it should be random which team defends first because I'm tired of always being at the disadvantage..
How is it a disadvantage ?

it's a disadvantage because at the very best you spend 10 minutes stalling so that you have the exact same amount of time to win the next round, but as attacker first, you have potential to win quick and give the enemy team almost no time to push. You can just control the tempo of round 2 much easier if you are attacking first. And even if you fail miserably in the attack round 2 is relatively doable, whereas failing miserably at defending first leaves you almost no margin for error in the attack round, gg push and autowin off the starter demo's or /afk.
it is just not good to defend first on strand most of the time.
