I posted my problem on bugtracker 3 day's ago and u didn't resolve it yet.yet u could take my arena points so easy u should resolve this in shortest possible time it is ur problem not mine,it became mine when i need to wait more then 3 day's to give me my arena point's i earned....you should consider that u ****ed up whit reset,so you should help those player's immediatly not let them wait for more then 3 day's!!!!

Missing arena points - Try waiting until the next flush and make sure you're not on a loading screen when it happens. Do note that we cannot reimburse or add/remove any arena points from your character.
