Problem with Mists of Pandaria Minimal

I have downloaded all 27 GB but when i click on WoW. exe it give me this error

how can i solve this? I miss a step or else?

ps.if it's wrong section of the forum i'm sorry

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
