At the Warmane Donation Guide it says "Coins to spend on in-game items, instant max-level (Not on Lordaeron), faction change, and other features through the website" I'm on Icecrown, and i donated 10 bucks, how do i get the instant max level?

I bought a level 80 character for 23 coins. Done.
Im trying to do that mate, where can i do that? and does it came with any gear or achievments
