Unable to connect- and can't reset password

Im not sure what the problem is, but i get a "unable to connect" message when logging in from the game.
I tried reseting the password but I didn't get an email.
The thing is I am able to login to the forum, so i don't think someone changed my account details.

If you can log in into your account on the web, your password might just be too long for the game client. Change your password to a shorter one.

iv'e been logged many times before.
