as far as I know, to open the thunder forge, you have to do main quests and one of them is to kill Lei Shen in Throne of Thunder
How do you get the main quests?
Sorry I'm new to WoW and this area so I'm a bit lost
for ally its jaina if you did the scenario she will be on the little island to the right of the isle under the tent for the horde I dont know
