Helo, i just got item form soo and it said it can be upgraded only 2 times. As far as i know it should be 4 times. Does anybody know something about this ?

be wary on items that CAN be up'ed to 4/4.... it seems that some trinkets dont gain after 2/4 and even gets worse. As for your question it might help people if you let them know what item you are talking about.
