Problem in Undercity

Hi guys! I have a problem :P

This window appears,when I try to come in to Sylvannas' chamber. I stand in the door and game has crashed. Now,when I try to login,game crashes every time and I can't move from there. Do You know any solution? Thank You ;)

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
