Characters question.

Hello,
I returned to WoW MoP after like 4-5 months of inactivity. I noticed that i don't have characters on my account. I used to have 2 characters (Human Warlock and Worgen Druid) i know their names and everything and most of all i can see them in Armory, also when i want to make character same as their name it say name is taken. I would like to ask is there any way to restore my characters back to my account ?

maybe you had them on a different account?
Are you sure those level 85 and 87 are the same chaarcter you had? if you play 2 or 3 days you reach that level and gear again
