I can not Log in. . .

I can not log on Icecrown server, I stoped to play 1y ago and want to get back, but I can not log in anymore. I already transfer all my chars to Icecrown but my Night Elf DK Tanker still not (at las on website STORE) her nickname is Undinne, is this the problem?

Undinne's transfer from Deathwing to Icecrown has completed.
Anack's transfer from Deathwing to Icecrown has completed.
Lorenta's transfer from Deathwing to Icecrown has completed.
