I just re-downloaded the game and tried to login with my existing account but the client keep saying disconnecting before i can select realm or a hero. Please tell me what i should do to fix it.

I figured out what was wrong. If you have a NAT address, it is likely that the IP was banned one cheater who uses the same IP as you. At least I have this problem.
