Any experienced prot warrior willing to share his opinion on ToC trinkets? I'm currently using Black Heart/Monarch crab. Took a look at eitrigg's oath (not sure what alliance counterpart is) but i dont think it's that great with my current dodge/parry ratio.
I too am wondering what are the best trinkets currently available on lordaeron
is it the stam+health on use one? and what else

Also, keep in mind that normal and heroic ToC trinkets can be used together at the same time.

Depends on your taste. Armor vs. avoidance. Random proc vs. stats on demand.
From a warrior prespective some guildmates have found the best choice for tanking ToGC below 5k.
You should get block value. So, first of all, forget about "this character has more gs than this other, he is better tanking". It's a clear NO.
As Warrior, Lavanthor and the second set of T9 are the way to go. Also, get your second trinket a health one, like the past brewfest event or the scarab. You should also get Shield Wall down to 2min CD.
Space your CDs and you will do fine.
TIP: Lavanthor lasts 40s. Shield Block lasts 10s. CD is 30s. So, a window of no SB of 20s. Then 10s more, which is 40s. Lavanthor gives you 2 Shield blocks.
Still rolling monarch topaz and black heart. Thinking about getting the parry trinket from ony to replace monarch. The solid amount of parry should balance out my dodge/parry ratio. x2 juggernaut's is bis imo so I'm waiting on that.
Hmm, could probably make a decent BV set with both high bv and block rating. I've still not raided ToGC, any idea how much the bosses there hit on average?Quote:
