Anyone how played recenlty BiS geared dk blood on this server? Because i cant decide what to play Unholy or Blood. Does he have nice single target dmg? How much can you pull on DBS with bl etc?

i m not BIS, i m 5100 gs. I m observing that I have a problem with a multi target threat, but in single threat is best than a warrior in icc. It's not bad
He was talking about DPS not Tanking.
I tried 6,5k blood and 6,5k Unholy and I did more damage output with unholy (with reaping specc for 3 scourge strikes) even on single target.
Blood dps dosen't really bring anything to the raids except hysteria, and as a dps you would only use it on yourself anyway, the 10% ap buff is allready used by hunters. Unholy though brings the 13% magic and disease damage taken to everything they put their diseases up on, so the other dk's in the raid will get more dps from that, Moonkins and Warlocks brings about the same 13% magic damage taken buff but the thing with Unholy DK's is that when they pestilence multiple targets, all those adds gets 13% more magic damage taken from your raids spells.
And if your in a guild they would allways prefer a unholy dk to the raid instead of a blood.
Sadly blood dks still have a few big issues with talents that gimp their dps a fair bit. For now it is highly likely that you will underperform as blood compared to the other two available specs.
