No quests for the dk Starting Zone

Hello!
I recently created a death knight, and began my journey, upon exiting the delightful cutscene, I was greeted with the same dk starter experience I'm used to. Exepct for one thing, The lich king nor anyone in The Ebon Hold is giving me a quest. After recreating my character twice now, and relogging more times than I have fingers, this guy is still not giving me any quests. Is there a way to fix this?

Are you guys sure you did them ALL?

You should have enough talents points for (You Current Level - 9), aka level 65 should 56 talents. Also check that you have a full set of Blue Gear equipped from quest rewards. if not, you haven't done them all.

No quests at all. Nothing to start.

I've tried making new toons, dumping my UI, etc. No quests to start leveling anything.
