I have this message when i log in , " your account has been terminated due to fraud". I don't know what fraud is it referring to, but i can't transfer my character from the cata-fun server to the normal one. Can any staff member clarify the problem and tell me the whys and hows of this issue? I am confused. I also need to mention, my IP is dynamic.

Fraude is likely refered to cheating or faking transactions. You can not clarify this here in the Support & Q/A-forum.
