How to make my action bars black like in the picture ?

Hello guys I want to ask how to make my action bars to look black like in the picture ?
I play on Icecrown realm Wotlk 3.3.5a

I currently use Bartender4 + Buttonfacade.

Did you apply ButtonFacade to Bartender?
If not: "ESC" -> Interface -> AddOns -> ButtonFacade and activate the skin you like for your bars. Also, make sure you've activated the button grid in your bartender options.

I Don't know the name of this Skin, it's not included in the Buttonfacade addon.

Yes, it's Caith, but the icons look different on the picture, they are somehow shinny.
