Display problem

Hi guys,

First, I would like to apologize if a thread like this already existing, i've checked and i've found nothing like that. Would like to apologize for my english, it's not my first language.

Well, I have a display problem since yesterday, I thought it was my graphic card but this pb only appears on WOW. I've try EVERYTHING to fix this **** out but unfortunately i didnt.

I'm playing on my macbook pro, I tried to switch display parameters (1200x800, etc) but i'm still in the same ****ty situation.

At first time, I thought the problem came from my graphics board but as i said, i tried to play other games, without any pb.

Puttin my computer config:

Process : 2,3 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 4 Go 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphic Card : Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 Mo

Really strange. Did you try with different characters/different servers?

I say this cause it could also be some strange phasing bug with your character, seeing you're in Orgrimmar and the 'display problem' seems some kind of graphical effect on top of the image.. but it's just a supposition.

The fact that your card works with other games doesn't exclude a problem with it, sometimes graphic cards just don't go well with specific games.

Also, you say that the problem occured since yesterday. You should start from there: did you update your computer? Maybe some new graphic driver broke it.

So, i've check on an other serv, and...the game runs perfectly as you can see on my second screenshot. So i dont know why the bug is only on Lordaeron.

I tried to clean my "Cache" folder, but the pb is still here, as you can see on my 1st screenshoot, i really cant play with this.

Do you have any suggestions for my pb ?

As already mentioned this looks like a phasing problem. Did you accept any quest right before this problem occurred?

I'm not familiar with any french, but what I found so far is http://fr.wowhead.com/quest=12132/le...glish-comments . So, by taking this quest you are entering the "shadow realm" - just try to click away all the buffs you have and you should get back to the "normal" world.
