The guy above didn't really answer the question although it is a really easy question.
Answer is : Yes. You will be able to skip queue. I am not sure if they changed their policy yet, but as far as my understanding goes, you can skip queue forever and ever!
Don't understand why they are not accepting donations via PayPal..
