My account got suspended for 5 months for no apparent reason.

Either my account has been hacked or the suspension has been issued arbitrarily. As soon as I logged in, the interface informed me that my account had been temporarily suspended. I checked here and it says "for Advertising."

To the best of my recollection I have done nothing of the sort. I tried opening a ticket, but the site won’t let me select an existing ban to appeal, which is why I am resorting to this Forum to have at least an explanation.

I wish to know exactly on what grounds my account has been suspended.

None of the staffs (forum moderators) can help you with issues with bans as it is not their fields of work.

As far as I remember, ban appeal for "Advertising" will be automatically rejected (or just doesn't work), so the best chance you have is emailing [email protected].

Provide your account name and some helpful information and they will assist you promptly.

P.S. NEVER give account information to anyone. Those "gold trading websites" are the major issues. Merely accessing them could cause trouble.
