I just wanted to know, where is the support in-game for players.

Always the same answer" nothing we can do about that".

Is that so hard to send by mail 9500 gold? Everyday you guys lose more and more players cuz of things like that.

You can use in-game support system to solve problems with your character that do not let you play properly, ask general questions about the game and report players who are breaking rules. They can not give you any items or gold. You can only get lost items back if those items were obtained using coins and then you have to use support system on website.

they don't have logs for items/gold. and you can't prove you lost it. thus their policy is to not return/refund lost/stolen items unless they were purchased by coins.
