ICC rep farm problem

Hello , today i was trying to farm some rep for the icc ring with 2 friends but when we entered icc 10 and killed some mobs (first skeletons) i didnt get any reputation .. Im neutral with The Ashen Verdict .. Dont know if i miss something or its a bug, thats why im asking here :) .. i was out of this game for years so maybe the problem is in me .. maybe i miss something :)

The first couple skeletons that spawn in endless waves and rush the friendly NPCs don't give rep.

Well we killed these Skeletons behind .. They just stand still and doesnt atack .. i think they should give rep or no ?

No, only the mobs past the doorway give rep.
