Cant log in to the game

Hello. Ive deleted my warmane lordaeron folder completely. And downloaded it again. But when i log on it just says "Unable to connect. Try again later" Do i need to change the WTF file or anything? my WTF file says. please help me. The WTF file is below

did you download it from warmane? then you do not need to change anything.
